[Mi-sky] Auto Email Notification

Hi,
I have been trying to setup our auto email system.  Most of the "staff"
are listed but a few are not.  I can not find out how to those that are
not listed when you click on the "Add" button under "E-mail Message
Recipients.  The path to get to Auto E-mail is:  SM\EN\AE then Edit.
