I have a student who is 4 and in Special Ed. When I Create Student State SRSD file in Skyward is created a Program Participation flag of YES for Early On for this student.

I am assuming it is because of his age. Does anyone know how to get around this?

OR
Do I have to go into my modify file at each reporting time and take the flag for Early On off for these students?
