If we enroll students that aren't residents of the county, do we receive
payment that equals their state aid? Example: Our school is in Wayne County
and our state aid payment is 7,385. We have some students that live in
Southfield. Southfield is located in Oakland county and its payment is
11,344. Are we able to bill the district/county for this amount? Where can
I find the state aid documentation to answer this question.

Also, as far as marking residency, Students that live in Detroit, our
neighborhood district, would be marked yes for residency.

As I understand it, The students live in Detroit, so they are residents as
long as they live in Wayne county but if their district is outside of wayne,
like oakland or macomb then it should be no. We only have a handful of
students that don't live in wayne.
