[Mi-sky] Duplicate Alpha Key Reports

Hi all,

I am just curious if someone could give me an idea of how they go about
cleaning up their duplicate alphakey reports.  I am a new Skyward
Administrator and I'm looking for a "best practices", if you will, for
cleaning this particular information up.

Our report is pretty lengthy and any help as to how I figure out what
records are really duplicate records, and if they are, how I would go
about cleaning those records up, is appreciated.
